The Essentials of Change Management – a preparation course for CCMP Exam is a 25‑hour, 5‑day intensive designed to build exam‑ready competence and day‑one applicability on the job. Accredited by Saudi TVTC (#119508), the course supports employer training requirements and enables participants to count learning toward professional credentials. It equips professionals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to pass the CCMP exam and lead real change with measurable impact. It blends rigorous ACMP‑aligned curriculum, hands‑on practice, and a exam sample across 25 hours delivered in person to support participants learn the change management standards and how to apply them.
Who should attend
Designed for professionals, project managers, and organizational change leaders who need a structured, standards‑based approach to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and demonstrate outcomes. Bilingual delivery (Arabic/English) ensures inclusivity for diverse teams across Saudi organizations.
Learning experience
Participants learn through lectures, discussions, scenario work, role‑plays, and a guided change‑plan development exercise anchored to the ACMP Standard process groups. The week culminates in a creating of a personalized change management strategy and plan, and a sample timed practice exam with debrief to refine test strategy and boost confidence.
We also offer a complimentary study-group post the training to support the participants to better prepare for the CCMP Exam.
Curriculum at a glance
Ten focused modules map end‑to‑end change practice: strategy formulation; planning for sponsorship, communications, training, engagement, and resistance; execution; measuring success; sustaining change; ethics; comprehensive review; and exam practice questions. Practical outputs include a sponsorship roadmap, stakeholder engagement plans, measurement/KPI examples, and resistance management tactics.
